1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the 646lol website and its associated services (collectively, the "Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any other policies or guidelines published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the 646lol Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the 646lol Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

646lol reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts found to be in violation of the age requirement will be immediately suspended, and any winnings accrued during the period of ineligibility will be forfeited.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the 646lol Platform, you must create a registered account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may only maintain one active account on the 646lol Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated at all times. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 646lol will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify 646lol immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
• Account Verification: 646lol may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain features. Required documents may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

646lol supports a range of payment methods commonly used in the Philippines, including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱50, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completion of any required verification steps.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). Funds deposited via a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method.
• Currency: All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). 646lol is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
• Fraudulent Transactions: Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Transaction Limits: 646lol reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum limits on deposits and withdrawals. These limits may be adjusted at any time and will be communicated through the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

646lol may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• 646lol reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Gameplay Rules

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, cheating, fraud, or any other form of dishonest play.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 646lol immediately.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or 646lol staff.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 646lol Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of 646lol or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 646lol.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 646lol, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform.
• Any content obtained from the Platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
• Technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the Platform's operation.

In no event shall 646lol's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 646lol account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination

646lol reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of termination for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms) may be forfeited. If your account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting 646lol customer support. Voluntary account closure does not affect any obligations you may have incurred prior to closure.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

646lol operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

13. Changes to Terms

646lol reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, 646lol will endeavor to notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue your use of the Platform and may request account closure.
